Annual Report 2025
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests on the dais, and other invitees.
It is my privilege to present the Annual Report of Malabar English School for the academic year 2024-25.
EDUCATION BREEDS CONFIDENCE. CONFIDENCE BREEDS HOPE.HOPE BREEDS PEACE. THE POWER OF EDUCATION LIES IN ITS ABILITY TO TRANSFORM LIVES.
The journey of our school began in 1998, in a modest house at Chakkarakal. In 2005, the institution moved to its current location, fulfilling the long-cherished dream of the people in this area to have a school in Chakkarakal. Our esteemed Manager, Sri Valsan Matathil, single-handedly turned this dream into a reality. Today, our institution stands as a well-established and renowned educational hub in Kannur district, with a student strength of 700.
As we step into a new year, we proudly celebrate our Silver Jubilee. This milestone marks 25 years of our relentless pursuit of excellence in education. To commemorate this occasion, the Honourable Minister, Shri Ramachandran Kadannappalli, graced us with his presence to inaugurate the Annual Day Celebration ‘Silver Symphony 2025’ and the year-long Silver Jubilee Celebrations. This moment is one of immense pride for all of us. The activities for the year have been meticulously planned, ensuring the active participation of every student. These programs are organized department-wise to foster teamwork and enthusiasm.
